Any cardiff taxi company will have drivers at that time They are cheaper than vale taxis at night too. Try 02920 and then any run of numbers eg: 7777777 or 555555 you get the idea. Ring them for a quote

we use radio cars from Bridgend (01656 655766) as they have more cars and tend not to be booked up for the school runs! they will collect from Cardiff bus or train station.

we used Heritage Cars not long ago for local lifts(when the car was being repaired) and they're very happy to come to St Hilary - well priced, professional, really nice driver. I can't remember why but we used a different firm for a Cardiff Airport run (silly o'clock) a taxi firm from Llanmaes from memory, again very happy to come to St Hilary, prompt, professional, well priced....good luck with your search.
