I don't know if you have Ancestry.com or not Dena, but there is a set of documents on ancestry called: "Official records of the Union and Confederate Armies, 1861-1865." Within these documents are reports from the forts in our area and many pages of information on the Siletz Block House. Try to access this on a google or Nook search, if not, I could save some of the pages to my computer and send them to you. One specific entry referenced the relocation of some from the Smith River tribe (I think that's how it was worded) to Siletz.
