Annie at local roots is FANTASTIC, but she is hard to get in with. The ladies at beauty secrets are good. Infinity spa and salon is also good (great service) for about the same price as everywhere also. If you want a cheaper price than 40-50 your gonna wanna look at Red Nails next to Safeway or 101 Nails.
