I can't speak for the quality... but I've heard that in Missouri, you can dial all 3 s. And in Illinois, you can dial all 8 s. And if you can't come to them, they'll come to you.

I took a business law class 8 years ago, and the professor (an attorney herself) stated that any attorney who doesn't meet with you at no charge the first meeting is not an attorney you want representing you.
