I think you can get decals on Amazon.com, not sure about a painter, but you could look into collegepro.com, and home decor I would look at Ashley Furniture or IKEA

So exciting! Speaking of hanging tvs, we just did and got a great deal on a mounting kit through Amazon. We're way happy with it. Come see if you want. I second IKEA and Hobby Lobby. Costco also has really great deals on high quality furniture, some shipped to your door for no extra cost.

Hobby Lobby has some wall decals and a lot of home decor (you can now show them your 40% off coupon on your phone from their website or app). If you are looking for something smaller or custom decals, I can make them. I've also ordered a few things from Uppercase Living and really liked what I got!
