Highly recommend Dr. Elbert Lee. His Daddy was my dentist growing up in Fort Deposit - his twin brother, Dr. Earnest Lee, practices in Birmingham. Both the girls used Elbert in Auburn, then switched to Earnest while in Birmingham.

We have Cigna Dental but every policy is different. My kids actually go to one that is out of network but they still pay 100% for preventive. The rest doesn't pay well at all but I don't know a dental insurance that does any more.
