Nate Clancy definitely because the Ag. Department is cracking down on non inspected home kitchens and caterers. Caters are not allowed to cater from home. The only thing that can be made state inspected from home is baked goods. The cottage laws do not apply to custom wedding cakes or custom cakes.

My cousin and her sisters in law also have a catering company in the Culpeper area. Three Thrifty Chicks (or something like that). They do BEAUTIFUL catering and it's affordable!

Shawns BBQ is awesome.I wouldn't go cheaper than that. I've been at many weddings with other local "very cheap" restaurants and it ruined the event when they had to throw away trays and trays of under-cooked fried chicken
