The hours vary, I need to leave about 2 hours for my commute, including drop off. My schedule varies from 830-400, 930-600, etc. I do get my schedule a week ahead of time though so I can always give notice.

Not always a waiting list at EV. Worth checking out. Laura Butcher is the teacher in charge of it. Some of our neighbors go to Heritage and love it. We also looked at First Baptist Church's preschool. The Methodist Church has one, too, but I don't know anything about it.
