Had the same problem.... call Perma Treat and ask for Sherene Young..829-0000.. I been using tnem for 3 or 4 years...not one mouse found..or any other nasty things that like our houses... Let Sherene know I referred u and we live in same subdiv..

We get them every winter. Haven't seen any yet but know it is only matter of time. We just started with a pest company, Superior Pest Control, so hopefully that will help.

I used to get mice in my rental property in Lake of the Woods and hired Pest Solutions, Inc. ( http://www.pestsolutionsva.com/ ) to do quartely treatments. I chose them since they used only non-toxic methods (was worried about pesticides in the house), really reasonable prices, and they guaranteed the work. Took care of mice and ants year round. Don't know if they'd come to Culpeper, but that's who I'd call first!
