Hi Laura, I'm in the Panhandle - Santa Rosa Beach/Destin area. It's cold here in February - not shorts and flip flop weather so my husband says (it will be my first winter here). We aren't close to Pointe Verde Beach. But if you are interested in this area, Resort Quest is a vacation rental company here, and a good real estate agent is Judy Moss with Counts Real Estate Group.
