We traveled out of town for a week recently and had a good experience with Kountry Kennels in Cato.

We use a private boarder who lives in the city. She only watches small dogs, and charges $20 per night. PM me and I can send you her info.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find any place that would take your dog this weekend unless he's already had his kennel cough shot. If your dog has already been vaccinated against kennel cough, DO NOT go to Fayetteville Veterinary Clinic. I boarded my dog there once. When I got him back he had a nasty cut on his nose and on his ear. They told me that they thought maybe his hear had gotten caught in the cage locking mechanism. He was a 15 year-old dog. I think they had let him out with other dogs and he got bit.
