Dr. Jenna has a more physical therapy approach than you may be used to which is great for anyone who's active and hurting due to physical activity. I've been seeing her for about 2 years and she's helped work on a lot of pain I was experiencing by working more on the soft tissues around my spine and hips as well as doing the whole bone crackin stuff most people think about from a chiro.

Not all Chiropractors are the same. You have to be careful who you go to. And if they don't do any (cat?) scans and examinations before adjusting you be very very weary. I did not believe in Chiropractors until about 1-2 years ago. I kept having lower back pains, And then I started having signs of a torn rotator cuff later on. Orthopedic surgeon, shots, and 6 months of P.T. did little to nothing. It wasn't until a co worker referred me to Glasman in Hamilton Mill that I would find relief in both my lower back and pain in my shoulder. You do whatever you feel comfortable with. Dr. Glassman fixed a shoulder problem that I had for 10 years which caused me severe pain. I was told by several Orthopedic doctors that I needed surgery. On my first visit to Dr. Glassman (which I came to see him for a lower back problem) he noticed that my shoulder seemed out of whack so he did his magic and the pain was gone immediately. I never believed in Chiropractors before him.
