Do NOT call Mr. Sparky. They came out to my mom's house when we were selling it and told us we had to do a ton of work, bringing it up to code, b4 the power could be turned on, gave me an estimate of 6 grand, he left and literally 3 mins later another electrician came, said there was no problem, called GA Power and said to come out and turn the power on.
