Cheap art and home decor recommendations? Does anyone have any recommendations about where to buy cheaper art in Dallas (prints, photos, paintings, posters, etc.) that...

Ross and Hobby Lobby, but thrift stores or vintage like Dolly Python is where you'll find some unique stuff.

Online and certain stores will be your best bets, unfortunately. Even emerging artists sell their art for $200-300+.
I've found some pretty good stuff on inexpensive poster sites. [This](http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Absinthe-Robette-Posters_i408977_.htm) is propped up on top of my fridge. It may be cheap and on a major website, but I've never seen anyone else with it.
Otherwise, try to find or make art out of stuff you like. Museums have posters of various artworks for ~$15-20 usually. You can find some cool band/artist posters online or at record shops (Here's where I give a shout-out to [Bill's Records.](http://www.billsrecords.com/) He's got a ton of band memorabilia he'll sell at dirt-cheap prices.)
It's also fairly easy to buy posters or art that references current pop culture (IE-Olympics posters.)
I've also discovered that decorating with mirrors and antique wooden signs breaks up the poster monotony.

I've got some good deals at this place before. It's a consignment place, but you definitely don't feel like you're looking through junk there. They seem to have pretty good standards. http://mydulce.com/
Looking for recommendations that offers home decor particularly oversized wall art. I have a large Family room wall to decorate.

Artist Jennifer Lanne has beautiful large pieces including backdrops painted on canvas. I have many of her pieces. You can see her collections at jenniferlanne.com and also artathomecollection.com

Take a look at Johnson Rowlock Hardwood, lots of colors and just beautiful as an accent wall. We carry it at Craig's Flooring and install it, if you're interested. http://www.johnsonhardwood.com/products/rowlock.html
