Samantha Marsh (mentioned above) is great!! She made cupcakes that I gave as a gift to my daughter's daycare teachers, they looked fantastic and the teachers told me they tasted amazing. I have just ordered my daughter's birthday cake through her too a nd find her prices very reasonable (especially, as mentioned, compared to prices friends and family have paid in Sydney!) and she is very understanding of your budget:)
