Try Jerry at Arusha homes www.arushahomes.com - he sorted us out and was really helpful, sticking within our budget and finding us houses which matched our requirements rather than any old thing. We also used tzagents.com who had some nice properties but in the end couldn't match us with anything suitable. They did try though
