Culture Kings in Sydney do guys cuts for $35, they're not too bad. There's also a really good one over at Redfern, though the name has slipped my mind.

Mancave - there’s one in Burwood and there’s a few more dotted around the suburbs. They do a fantastic job, very professional, only $30 for a lineup and trim :)
