I use Heritage House on Ochterloney street in Dartmouth. Small, friendly practice and offered some good guidance on stuff I wouldn't have thought about.

You don't want a family lawyer, they don't do wills. Like others said, you need a wills and estates lawyer. A lot of law firms have flat fees for basic wills. You can call different firms and inquire - law firms don't like to advertise fees but sometimes will answer this question if it's for one of the services they have flat fees for.
I know a lot of people recommend drafting your own will but if you own property, I really recommend going to a lawyer. They can also help set up things like your end-of-life wishes which a lot of people don't think about when they're our age. Even if your situation is run-of-the-mill, I don't think going to a lawyer would cost you too much and it will be worth it in the long run.

Steve Piggott of Russell Piggott Jones we used and it was great and easy.
Walker, Dunlop has a number of lawyers that do Wills & Estate work among other areas of law. Shouldn't be too much for what you are asking for either. PM for more info

You're going to actually need a Will & Estates (probate) lawyer if you want to go that route. Boyne and Clarke have several. You don't always need to go the route of a lawyer. I did a lot of legal document and will drafting when I was studying law. I'd definitely shop around for prices, it sounds like your will would be really basic.
