Just about every company that someone highly recommends is going to have someone that has had a bad experience. You could try smaller brokers that may offer you a more personal experience, prices may not be as low as sonnet, td, etc.

I use eisenhauer as a broker and they put in a lot of work to get me a fantastic policy that was half of what I was quoted at all state. Broker all da way.

I use a broker through Coles Insurance and they’re pretty good. Every year they check different providers and email me if they find a better rate.

CAA has much better rates than my broker was offering (like $500-600 less per year for the same coverage). I’ve been happy with them since the switch

I just left TD after 15 years and I know many others who have also recently left. Aside from things like answering the phone and responding to emails, the new company is over $600/year less expensive. I am moving to Stanhope Simpson - my employer is part of a discount group.

Find a good broker. I'm with Brokerlink (was Macdonald Chisholm Trask) in Bedford. They've been fantastic with anything I've needed. And the actual insurer they have me under is Economical, and the one time I needed something from them, they were very prompt in getting it resolved. I've been with Brokerlink for about 6 years now.

I used to have TD, but my rates kept going up. I switched to Johnson. Quite happy with them

I can say with confidence, not Wanaessa. My sister had someone back into her parked car, and they gave her a pretty difficult time about it, even though the other guy's insurance was paying for it. So I'd hate to see how much grief she would have gotten is she had been at fault.
