I scraped all mine, but had Brooks Painting do the repair, and texture of the cieling, and paint. killer job. They can also facilitate the popcorn.

I'm in Elk Grove. We used Perez Painting and were more than pleased with the work done. They painted our living room, ceiling throughout, hallway and master bedroom. Workers were thorough and respectful. I'd hire them again in an instant. Look them up on Yelp.

Eduardo Velasco from Intex Painting painted the main part of the inside and the outside of my house, the Welborn's house, Trish Bosco's house, Catherine Brooks' house, and others. Not sure how small of a job he would do. But he is good. I have also used Max (916) 718-4063 for small jobs. He was recommended by Abbey House Interiors. He likes to do different textures and does murals. Really talented.:-)
