Last time I used captain appliance (684-4115). Usually use appliance doctor but I have a Maytag now and he doesn't work on those. Liked the captain- reasonable and responsive.

I have no suggestions but I will say absolutely do not use Carmichael appliance. It's taken them almost 2 months to get my oven fixed and its not even done yet. They are awful, unfortunately I have to use them because of the warranty.
