Check Florida Facial & Oral Surgeons. Hands down the best!!! Been using them for 30 years and I'm terrified of dental work but they are awesome. Dr. Schalit is the sweetest guy. There's 4 of them working there and they're all great. Staff Is great too. They're on Health Blvd in Daytona near Halifax Hospital

We just went to GREENBERG get this TWO DENTISTS said he needed Orland SURGERY. WHICH IS WAY MORE expensive. Greenberg not only removes it on the spot but it was PAINLESS WOW . They took 200 cash down and two payments of 60 dollars. They are AMAZING. Had the best experience EVER!!!!

No to Greenberg Dental in Port Orange. Took my son there once, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. Try Miles of Smiles Dr. Louis Latulippe Children's pediatric dentist I was recommended to them, haven't tried them yet, but they had good reviews from recent Volusia moms. If worse comes to worse I rather pay out of pocket than have my kids go to a bad dentist.

I went to Greenberg to have a tooth pulled by the oral surgeon there, Scott Lawson was the oral surgeon there at that time. I had a very good experience and would go again and take my grandkids there. Dr. Doherty the female dentist is wonderful and they have a top notch endodontist and periodontist.

I am going through the same thing but with my daughter who needs her 4 out and has Healthy kids as well and and Dental Quest.....Greenbergs excepts it but his Oral Sugeon doesn't so it won't be covered. I have my daughter an appointment to go Coastal Dental ON W. Granada who does accept it and I called the insurance to clearify just yesterday because this has been going on since Dec. 3. and they said as long as they accept and submit it will be covered.

Dr. Johnson, idk remember the office name but he has one in Palm coast and port orange. He removed all four of mine, the bottom two's roots had tangle into the teeth next to them so he had to cut almost half way down my jaw along the teeth to get the roots out. He did an amazing job, healed with no problems and have not had any problems with my other teeth like I had thought I would. His staff is amazing also.

^Richard Gaines--he did my wisdom teeth and both mine and my sisters jaw surgeries! He used to be at Florida Oral & Facial but he has his own place called Cardinal Oral Surgery in Port Orange!! Seriously hes the best and his staff is amazing especially for younger kids!

Dr Gaines did my first surgery at 15 and then my wisdom teeth were done at 23 by his colleague at Florida Oral and Facial a younger guy I can't remember his name but they were great!

I don't think Medicaid covers dental for Adults. However you can contact Volusia Country Human Services they do assist with Dental Extractions if you qualify it wouldn't cost you a penny. The health department doesn't do dental extractions for adults
