Not being snobbish here--I have 4 Bichons and am pretty picky on how even they are when finished. Tried Chris 20 yrs ago with our poodle and didn't like it...tried here again this summer. One was ok 2 were sad looking and the other I had to try and trim up--So would not recommend her---but she is very nice and only about 2 miles away. Liked Linda at Demotte Grooming but she sold it to the current owner. Tried out her service and not so happy but she is nice too and I did see some dogs that looked nice coming out. (Of the two she did fo rme the top-knots were slanted and got a terrible razor burn in several spots) Went to Pawfections for about a year but her schedule is not consistent. she is very good but a little pricier..and very nice also. We recently tried Deb Woodward in Roselawn and was pleased. Her price is reasonable and she did a nice job on all 4...just took longer but she was aiming to please and does it for enjoyment of the dogs. they have new appointments next month. My opinion---I am sure they can all do a nice job most of the time---I just 'un'lucked out.
