We love Dr. Brooks. He shares a practice with Dr. Branham, who I've also heard great things about.

Not sure if Dr. Brooks is accepting new patience or not but we love him. I've heard Dr. Branham (shares a practice with Brooks) is great too.

My son goes to Dr. Doran and we think the world of her and her office!

Dr Ron Barnes has a relatively new practice in Forsyth. He and his staff are amazing. Bonus: I've never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment. We had Brooks previously and were wanting to make a change.

Last I heard SIU clinic at dmh was accepting for family practice.

Dr. Brooks is wonderful. He likes vaccines, but he doesn't jump to antibiotics as the first step. A very nice balance.

My kids see Dr, Branham and she is wonderful! she is with Dr Brooks

Love Dr. Brooks but he's pretty vaccine friendly.

Love Dr Brooks too, he always listens to what I want. So although he is pro vaccine, I'd be very surprised if he wasn't willing to follow an alternative schedule

Dr. Brooks is great. He won't accept you if you don't vaccinate, but he is very hesitant to give antibiotics. He is also very up to date on latest studies and medical journal articles.

Dr. Branham is great!

Dr. Branham & Dr. Brooks are wonderful (best in town IMO) & are pretty holistic. However, they do like to keep kids on a typical vaccine schedule ( i don't think they are much into spacing unless there is a medical reason). I've heard Dr. Marschner will do this, but i personally have never been to her.

I take my daughter to siu here in decatur..doctor H Patel is awesome. She's the only female patel in the clinic..

We see Dr DelaCruz at SIU in Springfield. She's wonderful. Dr Milibrand at SIU Springfield is also great!

We had good luck with Samir Patel at St. Mary's and Christina Branam at DMH.

Dr. Brooks was very pro-vaccine last time I checked. He refused to take my children as patients unless they were vaccinated.

Dr. Brooks is VERY pro-vaccine and will lecture you and make you feel like a complete idiot for even questioning not to get them.

If the Resinol doesn't work I'll have to try that, I'm going to call around different doctor offices tomorrow and see who is accepting new patients that can get Memphis in soon. He still needs his 6-month shots, but he's been stuffy and it doesn't help that he's cutting his first tooth. Do you know if Dr. Konda is accepting new patients?

Dr. Brooks and Braham in D town Katlin has their number. Dr. Brooks is a male and Dr. Braham is a female. That's who we take Katlin's little one to and their really good. The office is byDMH.

We take our baby to Dr. Brahnam. Saw her today for his 4 month visit. We really like her and she takes the medical card.

I thought about taking my son to Dr. Brahnam, but I thought maybe when he was older he'd like a male doctor, lol. I have heard a lot of great things about her though! It's so difficult to find a doctor, I'm tired of the doctors at the SIU Family Practice .. they seem to guess what is wrong with you then look into the case.

Good luck! I cant seem to find any family doctor accepting patients in Decatur. Dr.Branham is our pediatrician and we have been very happy with her.

Dr. Samir Patel is absolutely fantastic! Very good with the kids (and parents too)! He has been with our 8 year old twins since day one. Had it not been for his knowledge and diligence two years ago when he diagnosed our extremely ill daughter with Kawasaki's Disease (which is very rare), she may not be with us today. Highly recommended him!

Dr. Patel He had in the past a great nurse practitioner..call and ask him questions like...does he take his own call? c if he sees his patients in the hospital or if he relies on hospitalists? does he have privlidges at both hospitals? just a few of my thoughts.

My kids go to Brooke Ballard at mt Zion family care. She's not a peds but is a really great doc. I have several friends that take their kids to her also

Austin has seen Dr. Ballard since he turned 2 and the pediatrician we loved left CHIC. We both see het and love her. But I really like Dr. Patel, he saw Austin when he needed to be admitted at 6 weeks.

Dr Seekuri is wonderful. Personally returns calls and spends a long time in the room, didn't feel like she rushes through her parents.

Dr Rebecca Green in Springfield is fantastic! She has been great with our 10 year old daughter! Other than Dr Green, I am pretty sure the closest Pediatric Endo will be in Peoria.

Kay Gowdar!

She's really congested to the point I can't lay her flat because she can't breathe and chokes. And she has had some weird skin rash that I thought was baby acne but now I'm thinking is an allergic reaction?? She has a regular doctor but everytime one of the girls are sick I'm told to go to the er bc they are too busy for last minute appointments. Anyway, I called dr. Patels office with my situation begging them to at least give me some advice and got an extremely rude receptionist telling me they don't see non patients and they aren't accepting new ones and that I would just have to go somewhere else. Teagan is just not herself and I can't seem to find anyone who cares to look her over!
