Does anybody know of a dentist that's takes medical assistance? I've tried the college, koala dental and Deerwood. I was told there's a place in brainerd who accepts it...

Melandrob S. replied:
Design dentistry. We have been going there for years. We have dr Taylor. She is great. Although the way it works is like this: every place can accept MA but they only ave to accept so many patients with it and then they don't need to allow any other MA clients after they have their fill. But call there and ask if they are taking any new MA patients. 2 of my kids actually have cleanings there today.
Gina K. replied:
Both our sons go to Koala. They can remain patience there into adulthood as long as they have insurance and choose to. They are a pediatric dental office, so their services go to age 18 for most. However they do have adults that still go there . We have insurance through my Husband's work so I don't know if that makes a difference? My husband and I just started going to Nisswa Smiles since relocating back to the area. We highly recommend them, and I believe they take MA
I go to Dr. Rutman at Design Dentistry in Brainerd. I always ask what the cost is up front if they say I need a filling or something like that. You could tell him you know the Cory's and I'm sure he would first tell you he was sorry.
Jesse K. replied:
i'm going to try Dr. Perpich. he can get me in soon
Jason P. replied:
Dr. Perpich is good and seems to have very honest rates.
Abby G. replied:
I've had good experience with Northland Smiles - formally the smile center - and they offer payment plans if you can't afford the whole cost up front.
Abby G. replied:
It's not the Smile Center anymore. New owner, new dentist. I hated the Smile Center but had to take one of the kids to Northland Smiles and it was way different and we liked it.
