Gemini Springs rental house is gorgeous. Over looks the water, seats, 75 inside, full kitchen and bathroom. It's $35 an hour. We recently rented for a party. Nice place! !

The Sorosis Club in Orange City. Not sure how many it holds but it is large and has kitchen and can be decorated very nicely. It is walking distance to the gazebo in OC too so maybe ceremony at one reception at other...
