We used Hosford Bros for our foundation issues and Magna Dry to clean the water out, rip up drywall and reapply. Both worked out well

Thanks for the suggestions. Michigan Plumbing just replaced the sump pump and the patio drains through the sump pump, so it is drained. Now on to carpet pull up and having the foundation checked.
