I also use Happy Tails on Elkam, Cory is wonderful. My pup is not so friendly and she takes the time to sit and play with him first for him to acclimate to her again. So far he has not given her any problems. I have brought him there with matted hair and they do a great job. I have been using them for about 8 years, never had a problem.
