I'm traveling and working out, but If you want to only eat healthy you will need to spend lots of money for imported food. You can buy healthy food at carrefour, also can look online for healthy food shops such as clubsehat.com. also you need a house with kitchen so you can cook yourself.it is a hassle. I try my best but I travel a lot so not always have a chance to cook, also don't have that much money to eat good food all the time. I carry whey protein and bcaas with me everywhere :D

Suzanne Faulkner the pool isn't huge but you can do some laps. If you want just a nice sized pool try Tiera Dewata it's like 8000 rp per or 80,000 rp for 30 times. The gym is around 500,000/ month but cheaper if you go yearly.

The only one I know is 24 Fit on JL Tamblingan. 24 hrs. Probably not suitable for your training regimen. It's small. But you can check it out.... There is this one also with a different discipline but they may be able to suggest some places for you. Unfortunately most gyms are still very conventional. Full of unnecessary machines. Ari Pro or Sanur Paradise are probably the bigger once, hence more range of equipment. I have yet to find a gym with a simple Barbell Rack pfffffffttt

Apparently investor dropped out and it’s not happening. The local ‘face’ of the business has set himself up in a PT studio in Denpasar I hear. Apparently refunds were meant to happen so call any numbers you have on your sign up form information. Good luck though as I don’t rate your chances under the circumstance, and if it sounds too good to be true it often is. Again, good luck.
