Joe Whalen - he is SO GOOD! My Mom fell and broke her shoulder at 80 and he was so fabulous. When her PT was over she actually bought him a gift. So NOT my mother. He also did my son's ACL reconstruction therapy and my husband's knee. I would strongly suggest Joe!
