I just bought Trotter’s cookbook. It predates molecular, but it’s what whetted Grant Achatz’s appetite and got him going in that direction. The ingredient lists are LOOOONG but accessible.
very_fortunate replied:
I'd recommend buying a whipping cream dispenser. Make sure it's stainless steel, at least quart sized and can hold hot or cold ingredients. You can make so many things in this, including amazing infusions that you can consume immediately rather than having to wait weeks or months. iSi is a good brand. You live in the city with the #1 music school in the country. Just go post a flyer or look for one on campus offering lessons. Also, try posting in the UNT subreddit. Or just Google it.

Pretty sure I've seen someone advertise on Nextdoor. You might want to check there, if you haven't already.

Liam Furdyna, I was a beginner when I started. He goes to UNT.
Looking for a piano teacher for Kaleigh. I want someone who teaches students to read music. Recommendations?
Andrew W. replied:
There is a place on 407 in highland village that Kim went to called Schaelling Music Studios. All the instructors are great and actually teach music and not just memorization. Little pricy but well worth it.
