If it is Denver I would call Jim Smith at Smiths Llc. He is doing our design and he knows what he is doing. He is reasonable and I like him but you can pretty much sign of the "quick" factor. The building Dept is a pain. Pm me ams I can give you some other info

Doug Walter. He designed our addition, and he's very smart and flexible. Designed 3 options for us, and I'd have loved the most-expensive one but we couldn't afford it. We love the affordable version. He was terrific. http://dougwalterarchitects.com/ He grew up in a family of limited means, and totally understands budgets.
