Yellow Fever Vaccine? Been trying to locate a yellow fever vaccine for upcoming travels but have been unsuccessful. Every pharmacy I call is out.

Use to work for a physician a few years ago in Boulder at Boulder Medical Center that did travel vaccines including yellow fever. There was a national shortage of the vaccine that started then and sounds like is still continuing but can try there.

Passport Health in Lakewood is the only current vendor in the state. I got mine there in February and the nurse there told me that people drive from Wyoming and New Mexico toGet the vaccine. The vaccine is not covered by insurance, cost is around $220.

It hurts like a bitch... I got it in college to got to Costa Rica and decided to take a nap afterwards. I woke up and couldnt use my arm, it had gone numb and when it came back to life, everything hurt. I called the clinic and they said it was normal.

depending on where you're going, you can get it on arrival, often at a very discounted price compared to somewhere stateside. i know you can get it in the airport in Lima, Peru. Probably lots of other places too.
