If you're going to a chiropractor, check with your insurance to see if they cover massages. When I go see Ken Whidden at Emerald Coast Chiropractic, I get an adjustment AND a 30 minute massage for the price of my co-pay. If you want a longer massage, you just pay a minimal difference.
