I would highly recommend FM Tree Care www.fmtree.com The guys name is Travis and you can call him at 701-235-8733. We had a very very large weeping Willow split in half and fall on our neighbors house just a couple of months after we bought our house. Travis was the least expensive i found (3 quotes) and created the least amount of headache for me afterwards. He is a tree climber and therefore did not need to drive big/heavy machinery on our lawn. I have no idea if he services DL, so someone more local may be less expensive, but its worth it to see.

I'm with Andy Wahl let's cut it down our self. Brenin Richardson and some guys come cut it down.
