Final Update! I was called by the https://www.facebook.com/927924110636412 Michigan Humane Society in Detroit...the microchip on the girl did lead to their owner and he showed up immediately to pick them both up! They are reunited and safe from the dangers of the streets! Let's call this rescue a major success!!!!
