Dr Raffi Belian@248-828-1033@19 & Rochester is excellent! Has his own machine to make crowns so can get them same day. He is very reasonable price wise, has great long hours some days, and is just a super nice, friendly person and a great dentist.

Dr. Scott Meldrum at 15 & Woodward in Birmingham. He is very conservative and won't fill every stick - he'll watch them for years. Our kids never had a cavity until we switched dentists (then they all had a handful) - went back to Scott and he said no they don't and didn't ruin their teeth with fillings.
