Rick Carlson may have a person you could contact. I know his septic tank/field was replaced, and there were some special things the guy had to know because they lived on a lake... It was quite a few years ago, but it' worth a shot.

I gave Jay that info. Jo Anne Sturdevant. He's going to try and connect to the city first. The septic system is plan B.
