You might look on Nextdoor or ask friends for a handyman reference. You can probably get a better hourly rate than from a plumbing service. This is a pretty simple project, should take a pro 15 minutes but you’ll pay for an hour or their minimum.

I’ve used Mitch the plumber. Very honest; he found a cheaper and easier way to address my issue.

Consider finding a general handyman. Replacing a faucet is an easy job that a plumber will likely charge an arm and a leg for.
