Hi Alyssa we offer decorating and floral design (Simple Elegance & Wedding Bouquets by Peg) these types of estimates are very custom however as far as what you use, how big your wedding is etc. so that is something we can't just shoot off an estimate on. I would also encourage you to attend the Bisman Bridal Show this coming October 14 th at the Bismarck Event Center. Some of the area's best vendors will be here to help guide you through the process. I should have my certified kitchen well before that but I have had a catering business before and I am starting up again right now with nonperishable items but also have access to a commercial kitchen anyway. Cracker Barrel does hot meals ready to serve at home, hot meals in the restaurant, and meals you can take home to heat up/cook at home. Not sure but maybe home of the hotels offer meals - maybe the Ramada or Ramkota - they do on other holidays like mothers day.
