I don't know how bismarcks head start is, I know that mandan is great.. 3 of my 4 children have had the same teacher. Very good programs they have... They are government granted, so you would have to apply.. they take mostly under income family's, but do have a certain number of above threshold family's they accept. 663 9507 ask for Tracy.
