Had a very bad experience with Lewis and Clark in Bismarck, Dr. Tyler at Pinehurst Vet saved out puppies life. I would recommend him

Steele vet clinic. I grew up there and know all the vets. They are personable and reasonably priced. Worth the 35 min drive.

I just moved here and I take my lab to Bismarck Animal Clinic. Great vets and reasonable prices. They have taken good care of my dog when she was sick. It's a larger clinic so it has a lot of services and emergency care. I'd rather take my dog to an ER where they are familiar with my dog!

Lewis and Clark! We live close to Steele but make the trip to Bismarck because last time Steele left the needle in my dogs behind to answer their phone

If you go to Lewis and Clark, you'll have to wait forever just to get an appointment. I know many people that went there, but as soon as they stated going to Steele, they wish they would've never wasted any time at Lewis and Clark. With Steele, they get you an appointment as soon as possible and the docs there are so wonderful. And they charge like half the price that everyone else charges. It definitely worth the 35 minute drive from bismarck. I won't take my chihuahua anywhere else.

Also Lewis and Clark won't answer any questions over the phone. No matter if it's just a basic question or you want info on something. Personally, I think they're just really difficult.

I go to Missouri Valley Vet. Love them! Once I wanted a 2 nd opinion visit for my cat because he wasn't getting better and I didn't believe Missouri Valley was treating him right, so I went to Lewis & Clark. They were also awesome! And diagnosed my cat with the same thing as Missouri Valley. I guess I was just impatient lol.

Missouri Valley Vet Clinic or PInehurst Vet Clinic. They are wonderful; they will care for your furbaby as if he/she were their own.

Call now and get on the list for Lewis and Clark, last I heard it was about a 2 month wait for new customers but worth it! We've usually used Missiour Valley/Pinehurst and never had a problem. If you want something cheaper Steele Vet is worth the drive, we got my dog fixed there and I've taken my roommates dog to appointments there as well, really really nice people out there, and cheapest.

Over 5 recommendations for Marina Swanson at petco. I have also used her for my lab and we are COMPLETELY satisfied. He is very well behaved and she works miracles with dogs. I'd say you should at least go talk to her as many people have had awesome results with her!!!

Lewis and Clark. Dr. Lori is awesome. Had my yorkie spayed a few months and way cheaper than other places in town.

New Salem vet. WAY LESS EXPENSIVE then any vet in bisman. They are very caring too.

Three vets in Bismarck wanted anywhere from 600-1000 bucks to remove porcupine quills. New Salem sedated our pup. Pulled 75+ quills gave us antibiotics and pain meds for 140 bucks!!!

Lewis & Clark for sure!! I used to go to pinehurst/Missouri valley and wasn't always satisfied with their care. Dr. Laurie at Lewis & Clark is beyond amazing and absolutely loves what she does!

I only take mine to Steele vet. I had my male and female fixed there.

We have been going there for 11 years now after she saved our Pug puppy after an above mentioned vet said that nothing could be done and to just let him die.

I moved to the Minot area and still drive all the way to Bismarck to see the vets at Lewis and Clark Animal Hospital. They are beyond amazing with my dogs. Every one of the vets there are great!!

I've been with Missouri Valley Vet Clinic for over 10 years. They have a few locations too.

Steele! Hands down. Lewis and Clark is good too but people literally have to wait weeks upon weeks to get in. I know a few people who got sick of waiting so long so they just went to Steele and they've never been happier with the prices and the service. They never went back to lewis and Clark since then. I got my chihuahua distempered and she got another shot and it only cost me $26.

Our old vet was on Bismarck so we are used to driving to Bismarck to bet for a few years now. Thank you Amanda Janae Beers and Barbara Bentz I will look into them

When we lived on that side of the state we used Missouri valley they moved and changed their name I know their Deeter dental on the same aide of town as Lowes I think their pinehurst now we loved using them they are great you know I just don't trust anyone with my babies... locally I like state Ave in emergency or beach

I had a bad experience at Pinehurst/Missouri Valley and wouldn't go there for any future emergencies but everyone has different experiences with them. Bismarck Animal Hospital has an on call doctor you can call.

I've used Missouri Valley since I moved to Bis in 05 and have been happy with them. I've also heard really good things about Heart River in Mandan.

I use Steele for big procedures because it's cheaper and they've been great with my cat and dog but for shots I just go to Lewis and Clark because it's not a ton more.

Steele Veterinary Clinic is amazing!! Only place I go and they are affordable and don't make you feel like just another number.. I've heard to many bad experiences with Missouri valley and the one receptionist is just rude.

We switched from Missouri Valley to All Pets because when we were with Missouri Valley we never got to see the same vet so they vet never really got to know the dog to help with things. All pets we have seen the same vet everytime. We also got tired of how bitchy the one receptionist gets at Missouri Valley. So All Pets all the way

I had my rescue kitty's front claws removed and don't think I would do it again. She's 6, and still walks like her front feet are tender, but she's not in pain. She 'escaped' twice, and I was worried sick knowing that she wouldn't be able to defend herself. Just some things to consider. Missouri Valley Vet Clinic is the best for all pet care.

I second Missouri Valley with Dr. Tyler however they do the surgery at Pinehurst and I don't believe he does it. Just had it done on Friday and zero complications with my kitty!

Lewis and Clark vet is my favorite, they are booked out usually a month in advance though. I know a lot of people are saying this but please reconsider declawing. There are other options that don't involve amputating the cats toe joints.
