I hope you don't mind my suggesting this - but have you tried The Photographer's Den - it's a FB group - with lots of photographers in there and lots from Canberra? or Adz King from Symmetry Images or Warren Hughes??? also Adz started another group for local jobs - I'll find it and tag you:)

Belle Photography - is fantastic too - and marketing wise would be an excellent fit for your group - but I know she juggles a lot with work & kids - so the short notice may not work for her - but would be worth a try:)

Try the photographers on the The Chapel Crew - page smile emoticon All professional, qualified, insured, etc - many venues won't allow a photographer onsite unless they have insurance
