Whitney Weaver just to give you a little bit of background info --- they started as a farm and have now grown to a catering business, they are organic, and cool natural people:) They definitely are innovative and are FOR the bride who wants to be different and have cool yummy ORGANIC food, the max is 250 for sit down style meals and they can do plated or family style --- Please give Jessica a call (865) 236-0204

I honestly do not know. However, I love and trust a great company called Luxe Catering. They use fresh ingredients, and she will be able to use organic foods as well. She is by far the best when it comes to customizing a menu. Her name is Bettina. and she would be able to handle a sit-down meal of any size. What do you think of her style?
