UPDATE .... the county officers that arrived on the scene are not taking it seriously... we need anyone near Lee County Illinois to reach out to whatever agency covers...

Lisa Adele Serritella unfortunately they are all over I wish we could send all of them away and no more animals were ever hurt again. I am past sick that innocent animals must be protected from sick pos beings.

Agreed Christina Mouritzen Crossposting....this is happening all the time...it's just like child abuse. People think it's isolated incidences and its just not. I sometimes can't sleep at night because I am physically nauseous from feeling so much pain knowing these babies are being hurt. People have to start crying more...
