Alright folks.. I need suggestions on a good, but reasonably priced accountant.. I've never had to use one but need to talk with one about my real estate deductions..

first off Whitney, consider creating an entity for yourself, i.e."Whitney Kelly, LLC" or "Whitney Kelly, Inc" (which one is whatever an accountant suggests).......then open a checking acct in that entities name. Then relative to what type of entity you set up will determine your tax situation.

Bard Powell...former student of mine at DHS...contact him on here...believe he would be reasonable..not a high overhead...works at Powell Taxes..family business Has been mine for ages.

you can ask the acct to set up the entity for you but they will charge you to do so.....you can do it yoursef at websites like legalzoom.com
