Thanks Luca Ciappelli for the tag. Natasha Ellison - as some of the comments suggest you've recently had a baby make sure you're feeling up to exercising - you need to be 6-8 weeks after a normal birth and 10-12 after anything more complicated, a c-section for example. You'r health visitor will be able to tell you when its suitable for you to exercise again. Theres some excellent local trainers listed here and anyone of them will get you sorted. The problem you may have is as far as I'm aware the Palace only allows their in house trainers to use the gym, so any workouts would be a program design or training outside of your gym. Heres the set up I gave a lady in a similar position to you. > Walk daily for 30mins. Its good for you, its good for your baby and it gets you both out. > Hydrate - if you currently drink 1 litre aim for 1.5 ltrs, if 1.5ltrs aim at 2ltrs and so on > 2-3 gym workouts will be more than enough > More is less with food - crank up your protein and veg. Remember with food however, if you're breastfeeding you need around 500 kcal additional than normal. Hope this helps - if you need anything more just ask. Let us know how you get on

bit of advice for you....I am a member of this Health club and they usually have special offers on. Go and have a look around and don't commit straight away until you ask about discounts. They are usually only displayed inside and you very rarely see them elsewhere but they are there to be had....you just got to point them out.....for example this months is 10% http://www.palacehotelcasino.co.im/globals/pdf/healthclubnovember.JPG#zoom=100

Hi guys, do you know of a gym that offers month-to-month contracts in Douglas? Preferably close to Quarterbridge. Thanks a mill.
Laurs M. replied:
https://www.facebook.com/227039497759244 Gym secrets, pay monthly no contract either. You get a key so you can go in when you want! Highly recommend it! Savina has an app too that's free to download and you get a free abs workout with it. Then you can pay for workouts tailored to you too!
