call dennis wyatt. (Wyatt Constr 770-262-4204). he removed my old deck, did some water damage repairs to the house where deck was connected, and built new deck. work is done to local code standards. his quote to do the deck was below others received. I am always skeptical going with lowest quote but took a chance. was well pleased with quality of work I hired him for some other work. below is pic of his competed work on my house.
