I bought a doll last year (I'm a collector) from an ebay Charity shop:1960 s doll,completely hand dressed including shoes=a Land Girl.I found a genuine badge as well which she now wears.I sent a photo to the Museum.Must have been made by someone who served in it..

Dover Library is also worth a visit as they have a big collection of local history photos and a good number of local books that can be borrowed
