For cakes, I'd recommend Bit of Swiss (by Tosi's) or the Flour Shop in Stevensville. Just know that if you go with Bavarian cream for filling and/or frosting, it must be refrigerated.

When I got married in St Joe, we used Mimi's Cupcakes and they were fantastic!!!! We also used CK catering for food, which was very good. And we got all of our liquor from the Liquor Locker.
